Pineapple Mint Mule! #WineNotWednesday

I’ve forever been a lover of the traditional moscow mule, so throwing in some pineapple wedges and kiwi slices make this drink a straight up rager! Here’s how you make my new favorite drink, the Pineapple Mint Mule! Happy #winenotwednesday babies!

Stir it up baby! You’ll need:

  • ginger beer (I’m using Cock n’ Bull’s brand – hilarious and delicious) that’s what she said
  • lime (wedges and juice)
  • pineapple slices
  • kiwi for extra fun
  • vodka
  • fresh mint
  • ice

Place 3 parts ginger beer to 1 part vodka (or stronger if you’re feeling feisty) in a moscow mule cup with ice, add in fresh mint, kiwi, pineapple slices, and a few squirts of lime juice and crush. Trying crushing the mint with the alcohols before placing in the cup – pro tip learned afterwards. Stir and enjoy responsibly!
