TECH: UPDATES ON MY MOBILE APP!

They say that nothing is life is free…..but my mobile app is!!! If you didn’t catch my last post on it, I’ve launched a mobile application where you interact with me and other members of our community. Available on the iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and tablet, you’re able to create your own account and start uploading photos, videos, GIFs, polls, and start hashtag stories!!!

My app is one of the first places you’ll see my updates for everything and anything going on in my life, from new video releases, to life happenings, and I’m so excited to start podcasting and including all of your ideas and questions from the app into my series. I’ll also be reaching out to you on the app for ideas for my site as you’ll all be helping me curate content! Wahoo!

What I’ve loved most is seeing everyone add one another as friends, respond to each other’s posts and polls, and the sense of community you get when you upload a status update and get feedback from other people on the app. That most of all makes me most happy because interaction, not just with me, but with one another is community, and that’s what my goal for the app is. Inspire Encourage Empower. It all comes back to that.

Under the “Discover” tab you’ll find people on the app, tags that are trending, you’ll be able to find new friends! Community tab holds all of the community update statuses, and and the Channel tab is where you’ll find all of my personal updates and contents that I post to the app.

If you haven’t downloaded the app yet please do, the link is HERE, all y0u have to do is set up a profile and start chatting with all of us! Make me a GIF, start a poll, upload a video, comment to other community members, or follow your favorite hashtag story! My next story will be under #VEGASBABY so look for that on the 16th when I hold my TWITTER PARTY!

Yup I’m having another Twitter Party, how it works is next Monday March 16th, at 6pm PST I’ll log onto TWITTER and chat with you guys for about 20-30 minutes, we’ll chat all things life, updates, happenings, the app, the new features, and giveaways! Just use the hashtag #JessMode each time you tweet me during the Twitter Party so I can see your responses and questions, and follow the hashtag to see the conversations!

Weekend Wrap-up: #Techgating and Twitter Parties!

Happy Tuesday to you and happy weekend wrap up! I hope your week, your day, and your month have all been amazing. We’ve been doing a lot you and I: Twitter parties, launching an app, catching up… and slowing it down to get ready for the holidays! Yes, I said the H word! Can you believe it’s only TWO more Thursdays until Thanksgiving and SIX more Thursdays until Christmas!?!?! The red cup is out and everything (praise to PSL all day with sprinkles of nutmeg).

So I’m wrapping up the weekend and the week’s happenings.

As much as I love writing, I also love creating videos – whether they are, my video blogs or my sketch comedy, all are up on my channel now! Comedy really is my creative outlet. Some people meditate or bake. I write comedy sketches and web series. My latest sketch shows all of my fellow football ‘noobs’ just how to fit in with the cheering and celebrations by throwing the best party ever! It goes through all of the things you’ll need on game day to stay connected to the game and to your friends enjoying it somewhere else. Oh technology, such a beautiful thing. Except when my parents try to Facetime us and aren’t sure how to use that feature on their phones! Ha! So click here to laugh out loud at my dance skills (errr lack there of)!
 
And for some knee slappin’ good time giggles, check out the video Corrine and I did together. It’s our mother/daughter ‘favorites’ video. You KNOW Corrine doesn’t love the camera as much as I do but she rocks it! Click here to check it out. She steals all of my things like my makeup and my clothes, so it’s no wonder they end up in our ‘favorites’ video as her own! Awww parenthood…gotta love it!
